The Crusader’s Ministries began this journey in 1988 singing Southern Gospel Music & sharing our faith through testimony. We have been blessed beyond our biggest dreams. God has protected & lead us through the many years of traveling in a bus across the lower USA.

The Crusaders are ordinary men, working & living ordinary lives, doing the Work of the Lord. God has given us the desire to share our testimony, our hurts, our failures, our trials & our blessings, to reach a hurting & loss world. More than anything, our desire is to share the Saving Power of Jesus Christ, to everyone. The Crusader’s Ministries feel the Lord has called us especially to the church, to minister to the congregation & hurting people.

The Crusader’s Ministries members are David Talley, baritone and keyboardist, Jonathan Talley, Lead, Steve Reeves, Tenor and Bass guitarist and Steven Hayes, Sound Engineer.  Families play an important part in our ministry. David’s wife, Penney writes the newsletter for Crusader’s Ministries and helps with promotions, websites along with organizing DSQC. Steve’s wife, Sallie and daughter, Morrigan travel with us, when they are able, assisting with product table.  Also helping with product is Jonathan’s girlfriend, Ashley Dossett.

We have completed 13 projects. The newest two being Those Hands Those Feet, and The Story is Still the Same, title songs written by David Talley.

147 people have been saved in our services in 2010 and 132 in 2011. The Crusader’s Ministries were booked over 216 times for 2011 and are sure to reach that number for 2012. There have been rededications and lives touched and changed

The Deep South Quartet Conventions Regional was founded in 2002 by David Talley, original member of The Crusader’s Ministries. DSQC now brings regional conventions to areas across the South. In 2009, DSQC was taken on the road to new areas hosting 4 conventions in Arkansas. In 2010, DSQC hosted 8 Southern Gospel Conventions with Concerts stretched from AR, LA, AL. In 2011, we are booked for 10 Conventions reaching from across AR in Cave City, Mountain Home, Warren, Magnolia on to Stigler and Sperry, OK to Springfield, MO and on to Muscle Shoals, AL . More info on each convention is listed at www.dsqc.org The Conventions bring two concerts to the local church, along with prayer & commitment time, ministry worship for the regional groups, while reaching the community. These concerts host 8 to 12 of the best regional groups in the area.

The Crusader’s Ministries are available to led worship in services or revivals. We are also available for concerts, festivals and other music events that glorify the Lord.
